Our services are governed by United States law and applicable international regulations. Because each eTA-related support service is customized and digital, you agree to waive standard cancellation rights once your request has been submitted to our private processing team. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
2. How to Request a Refund or Lodge a Complaint
Send your request by email to Inquiries@uk-eta-entry.online. 90-day window: Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the payment date. Refund requests made more than 90 days after payment will not be honored unless supported by documented evidence of an error on our part.
24- to 72-hour response: We will review and reply to every refund or complaint email within 24 to 72 hours (business days). Please include the applicant’s full name, the email address used for the order, and your application reference number to speed up processing.
3. Application Processing Time
We aim to process and forward your application information to the official UK government platform within 24 hours of receiving a completed order. Our service is private and unaffiliated with any government authority.We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by government systems or other third parties. Do not apply through uk-eta-entry.online if your departure is in less than 48 hours.
4. Fees and What They Cover
By paying our fee, you authorize us to assist with the data entry and submission process for your UK ETA as an independent third-party service provider. We do not represent the UK government.

If an application is refused, you may be eligible for a reimbursement of the government fee portion, if applicable. We are a private service and do not collect fees on behalf of any government.
For any approved refund, an administrative charge of US $25 is retained to cover processing costs.
We are not liable for losses caused by payment declines (e.g., card limits or bank authorisation issues).
5. No Waiver
If we do not enforce any part of these terms at any time, it does not waive our right to enforce that part later.
